There are two common issues that cause this error.

  1.  The email address or password was incorrectly entered.
  2. The account was not activated after purchase.



When logging in, first confirm you entered the correct email address and password. If you use a password manager, try manually typing the email and password.

If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and set a new password.
If you have forgotten the email address you used to purchase the course, you can search in your email for any correspondence from "Madcap University" - the email address this was sent to is the address you will use to log in.
You can also contact us through the support panel and we can help you find the correct email.

If you have recently purchased a course, and are unable to log back in after first viewing it, you may have not activated your account.
Please check your email for the account activation email, and click the included link to activate your account.
